Two working prototypes for an Estonian public-health tender
For our bid in an Estonian public tender we built a self-help app in three languages and a CMS with four roles. Both prototypes are live.
Project goal
Client: our own bid in an Estonian public procurement for a quit-nicotine self-help service, 2026.
A tender bid usually describes a service on paper. We wanted the buyer to try the service instead of reading about it.
Solution
While we prepared the bid, we built two working prototypes:
- A self-help web app in Estonian, Russian and English, with four accessibility modes, designed against WCAG 2.2 AAA and installable as a PWA.
- A CMS and CRM with four user roles.
